Parent carers give so much of themselves every single day — so we think it’s time you had a little time for you. 💜
Whether you’re carrying physical tension, feeling overwhelmed, or simply fancy some peaceful time to switch off, this is your chance to relax, recharge and feel better.
A 45 minute slot will include a back, neck and shoulder massage.
You spend so much time caring for everyone else — you deserve some care too.
